Bringing Campus Life into One Digital Experience
MySU is Sabancı University’s digital platform designed to bring the essential services of campus life together in one place. It provides students, faculty, and staff with quick access to frequently used information such as class schedules, SUCard balances, dining menus, shuttle times, and announcements.
The project aimed to transform an experience distributed across multiple services and dense content structures into a clearer, faster, and more accessible platform. Rather than treating MySU+ as a conventional information website, we reimagined it as a practical campus tool built around everyday user needs.

Turning Everyday Needs into Intuitive User Journeys
As a UI/UX Designer, I played an active role in reshaping the platform’s information architecture and core user experience. By prioritizing the services users rely on most, we created a clearer, task-oriented structure that reduced the effort required to access essential information.
The experience was built around modular components, clear content hierarchies, and flexible interface patterns capable of supporting different usage scenarios. A clean visual language aligned with Sabancı University’s brand was developed with readability, accessibility, and cross-device consistency as key design principles.
Every design decision was guided by the goal of simplifying daily tasks and making the platform a natural part of campus life.

Building a Platform That Can Evolve with Its Users
The redesigned MySU+ experience became a more accessible, intuitive, and responsive platform that made campus services easier to discover and use.
The modular system not only improved the current experience but also created a sustainable foundation for integrating future content and services without compromising consistency.
The result was a functional digital platform that simplified everyday campus tasks, accelerated access to information, and supported a more connected experience for students, faculty, and staff.
