Evolving an Existing Mobile Experience

fastPay is a digital payment platform that enables users to manage everyday financial transactions through their mobile devices. As part of the ongoing product development process at Agency Look, I contributed to the design of new screens and interface solutions based on emerging product needs.

Rather than redesigning the application from the ground up, the work focused on integrating new requirements into the existing experience while preserving its established visual and interaction language.

Turning Product Requirements into Clear User Flows

As a UI/UX Designer, I worked on the user experience and interface design of selected mobile application screens. By examining the existing product structure, user flows, and interaction patterns, I developed functional and intuitive solutions tailored to each requirement.

Where needed, I defined user flows and wireframes before translating them into polished interfaces. I focused on clarifying content hierarchy, simplifying transaction steps, and providing meaningful feedback throughout the experience. Each screen was designed to feel consistent with the wider product while supporting a cohesive journey across different use cases.
